Built for Brokerages, Not Solo Agents

What Is a Real Estate Agency WordPress Theme?

A real estate agency WordPress theme is a theme purpose-built for brokerages, not solo agents.

It ships with the things an agency actually needs out of the box: an agent roster, agency-scoped dashboards, lead routing across team members, sub-office or branch pages, and white-label tools, all running on one WordPress install with no monthly SaaS fee.

The Three Things Solo-Agent Themes Skip

Why Agencies Choose WPResidence

Most real estate themes are built around one agent with one listings feed. WPResidence is built around the team. Here’s what makes it the agency choice.

A Complete Agent Roster, Not Just a Profile Page

WPResidence ships with four dedicated user roles: standard user, agent, agency, and developer. Note that “developer” here is the WPResidence role for property developers, the companies that build new buildings, like EMAAR or DAMAC. Each role gets a different dashboard scope.

An agency profile page aggregates every agent, every listing, and every review under one brand. Agencies add or remove agents and enable or disable listings with one click, all from the dashboard.

A Built-In CRM That Knows Who Owns Each Lead

The WpEstate CRM is included with the theme, with no SaaS monthly fee. Each agent sees only their own leads. The agency sees leads for the whole team.

27 ready-made automation rules handle assignment, follow-up reminders, and deal progression. HubSpot sync is in there too, for agencies already running HubSpot.

White-Label Included at No Extra Cost

When you deploy WPResidence for a client, your client sees their brand (not “WPResidence”) anywhere in the admin. Full admin rebrand, a wp-config.php lock option so the client can’t accidentally undo the branding, and the Themes panel hidden from the Customizer.

All of this is in the standard $79 license. No upgrade tier.

Every Agent Gets Their Own Page

Multi-Agent Management

Every agent on your roster gets a branded profile page, their own listings grid, and their own lead inbox. You don’t manage any of it manually.

We ship 4 Agent Card Styles (Type 1, 2, 3, 4) so you can choose grid density (2, 3, or 4 cards per row depending on sidebar placement) and sidebar placement (left, right, or none). The Agent Profile Page comes in 2 layout options. Each profile shows contact info, bio, listings, service areas, and specialties (every section toggleable per agent).

The Agents List Page lets visitors browse your whole roster in a card grid with filtering. Visitors can rate and review individual agents. Stars and review text live right on the agent profile.

And here’s the part agencies care about most: agencies (and developers) add new agents, change agent info, or enable and disable an agent’s listings with one click from their frontend dashboard. Your agents never touch wp-admin. See the full layout options on our agent pages documentation.

Many Offices, One WordPress Install

Sub-Office and Multi-Office Branding

A second office shouldn’t mean a second website. WPResidence gives each office (and each agency brand) its own page, its own agent team, and its own contact info, all inside one WordPress install.

The Agency Profile Page template shows all properties in one place, along with an “About Us” section, contact info, a team of agents, a map, and client reviews. Search widgets let visitors find an office by name, location, or service. We’ve seen brokerages run a head office and four regional branches from one WPResidence install with no custom code.

Each office page can use its own custom Elementor header and footer, so a luxury branch and a starter-home branch don’t have to look identical. Team Management lives on the dashboard: agencies add, edit, enable, or disable their sub-agents in one click.

Our agencies and developer pages  are purpose-built for this: one page per office, one roster per team.

Every Inquiry to the Right Agent, Instantly

Lead Routing and Capture

Generic contact forms send every inquiry to one inbox. WPResidence routes leads to the right agent the moment they come in.

The WpEstate CRM ships with 27 ready-made automation rules (right there on our CRM page), including “assign new leads to an agent.” Per-role access is the default: each agent sees only their records, agencies see their whole team’s pipeline, and the site owner sees everything.

Drag deals across the board view (New to Won), set tasks, log activity, even fire SMS via Twilio. The WPEstate CRM lets every agent see only their own leads, and lets you see the whole team’s pipeline from one dashboard.

Need round-robin rotation or geographic assignment? Connect HubSpot. Our HubSpot sync flows contacts and deals both ways, so HubSpot’s native assignment rules can do the heavy lifting while WPResidence stays the system of record on the website.

Every inquiry captured by our lead generation form flows straight into the CRM pipeline, with automatic agent assignment rules firing on arrival. The form is a drag-and-drop Elementor builder. Place it on property pages, agent profiles, sidebars, pop-ups, anywhere.

Per-form CC/BCC, custom email subjects, webhook URLs for Zapier or Make, and GDPR consent checkboxes are all built in.

A Branded Frontend Your Agents Will Actually Use

Agency Dashboard and Member Access

Your agents shouldn’t need a WordPress tutorial to do their job. WPResidence gives them a frontend dashboard so they never touch wp-admin.

Sign-ups marked as agents, agencies, or developers get their own frontend dashboard: contacts, deals, tasks, stats, pipeline, automations, all without ever seeing wp-admin. Each agent sees only their own records. Agencies and developers see records belonging to their team. It’s a clean, branded UI your team will actually use.

Charging agents per listing or selling agency-tier accounts to other brokerages works the same way. Our membership system lets you configure different listing quotas and payment plans for agents vs. agency-level accounts, with no coding required. Set duration, listing count, featured-listing slots, and pay-per-listing or recurring membership. Recurring payments run on Stripe or PayPal. You can even leave a free tier on for community-style sites.

Your Client's Brand Everywhere

White-Label Your Agency's Brand

When you deploy WPResidence for a client, they should see their brand in the admin, not yours. Our white-label tools handle that completely.

Our white-label tools rebrand the entire admin: rename Theme Name, Author, Author URL, and Description; replace the Screenshot and the Branding Logo in Appearance > Themes.

Drop the line define(‘HIDE_WHITE_LABEL_ACCESS’, true) into your wp-config.php file and the white-label panel itself disappears from the admin, so a curious client can’t accidentally undo the branding. The Themes section in the Customizer can be hidden too.

WPResidence becomes a client-ready site with your agency’s name on every corner of the admin. No WPResidence branding visible anywhere. This is included in the standard $79 Regular License. No extra tier, no upgrade fee, no per-client surcharge. Everything you need is on our white label page, with step-by-step screenshots.

32 Languages, Full RTL, Hreflang Built In

Multi-Language Support for Global Agencies

Serving buyers and renters in more than one language is built in, not bolted on. Every label, button, and message is translatable, and right-to-left languages like Arabic and Hebrew are fully supported.

Our free WPEstate Translate plugin handles per-language property clones (linked by translation group ID, so a price update in English syncs to all languages), translates Elementor content alongside regular content, and runs AI auto-translation through OpenAI for batch jobs. Per-language canonical URLs and hreflang are built in, plus Yoast and Rank Math integration. Spanish visitors see Spanish properties in search. Done.

32 languages are translated out of the box. WPML, Polylang, Loco Translate, and Weglot are all supported if you prefer those tools. One honest note: MLS-imported listing data arrives in the MLS source language (usually English), so use WPEstate Translate’s AI batch translation on imports and review the output. See the full setup guide on our multilingual support (/multi-langugage-support/) page.

Three Honest Boundaries Before You Buy

What WPResidence Isn’t

Three honest notes so you know exactly what you’re buying. WPResidence isn’t a full brokerage operations platform. There’s no built-in e-signature, no compliance vault, no transaction-management workflow like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or BoomTown ship. Our CRM is WordPress-native and lighter, great for lead capture and pipeline; pair with HubSpot if you need enterprise-grade routing.

WPResidence isn’t a replacement for your MLS either. It feeds from your MLS through the MLSImport plugin, not around it. And the Regular License covers one production domain, not a multi-site network. Buy one license per agency website.

From Purchase to Published in Five Steps

How to Set Up Your Agency Site

Getting your agency demo running takes minutes. Full agency configuration (agent roster, MLS feeds, branding) typically runs two to four days, per our setup guide. If you’re new to WordPress, our full guide on how to build a real estate website  walks you through the whole process from hosting to launch. Here’s the short version:

1. Buy and download. Buy the Regular License on ThemeForest ($79, one-time). Download the theme .zip from your Envato account. And that’s it for the purchase!

2. Install and activate. Upload the theme via Appearance > Themes > Add New, and activate it. No FTP required.

3. Import your agency demo. Pick one of our 28 agency demos in the one-click importer and click Import. The whole demo (pages, menus, widgets, settings) installs in minutes.

4. Configure your agent roster. Add agent user accounts, assign the Agent role from the dashboard, and your roster pages light up automatically (the layout is already there from Step 3).

5. Go live. Before you hit Publish, run through our real estate agency website checklist (/real-estate-agency-website-checklist/). It covers every setting an agency site needs.

Running a UK or Australian agency? See our estate agent website setup (/estate-agent-website-uk-au-guide/) guide for country-specific tips. Our support team handles every setup question on a private ticket system at care.wpestate.org with a 24-hour response window on business days.

Yes. WPResidence integrates with 800+ RESO-compliant MLS feeds across the US and Canada through the MLSImport plugin. Yes, this is exactly what our white-label tools are for. Rename the theme name, replace the logo, swap the screenshot, and lock the settings so the client can’t undo them. Full instructions live on the WPResidence white-label feature page. There’s no extra cost: the white-label tools are part of the standard $79 Regular License, not a separate upgrade tier.
