WPResidence 5.6.0 is one of the biggest updates we have released in a long time.
This release brings a completely new built-in real estate CRM experience, a fresh new main demo, stronger admin control, more design flexibility, smarter contact forms, and a powerful new lead generation tool for agencies and agents.
The goal of version 5.6.0 is to give users more power to build, manage, and grow modern real estate websites, all with more tools built directly into WPResidence.
New Main Demo
Version 5.6.0 includes a brand new main demo that brings together the latest WPResidence design direction, updated property presentation, improved content sections, and the new CRM-ready workflow.
This new starting point is built for users who want a more modern real estate website from day one, with stronger visual presentation, better structure, and more flexibility to customize the website around their brand and business goals.

A Powerful New Built-In CRM
The biggest addition in WPResidence 5.6.0 is the completely new WPEstate CRM.
This is a major new front-end CRM system created for users, agents, agencies, and developers, designed to manage the full relationship flow from the first enquiry to a closed deal.
The CRM starts with a clear overview dashboard and a guided flow that helps users understand how everything connects. Enquiries move into Contacts, Contacts can become Leads, and Leads can move into Deals. Around that flow, users also get access to Tasks, Activity Timeline, Statistics, and Automations.
This turns WPResidence into much more than a property website. It becomes a stronger business tool for managing leads, relationships, and sales activity directly inside the website.
What the new CRM includes
- Enquiries help collect and manage property form submissions, schedule tour requests, and other incoming website enquiries.
- Contacts make it easier to organize people by lifecycle stage, lead source, type, assigned agent, and search filters.
- Leads help qualify opportunities and keep them structured as they move through the sales process.
- Deals introduce a visual sales pipeline with board view and list view, making it easier to track progress and see where every opportunity stands.
- Tasks help teams manage follow-ups, calls, meetings, showings, paperwork, priorities, and deadlines.
- Activity Timeline gives users a full history of updates and actions in one place.
- Statistics add visibility into lead activity, deal progress, and team performance.
- Automations bring prebuilt workflows for speed-to-lead, stale lead recovery, deal actions, task actions, lifecycle actions, and property matching.
- For agencies and active real estate teams, this is one of the most important additions we have made to WPResidence.
Smarter CRM Admin Controls
On the admin side, version 5.6.0 adds a powerful new CRM Settings panel.
Admins can now define contact stages and sources, deal stages and statuses, task types and priorities, and overall CRM behavior directly from the back end. This makes the CRM much more flexible and much easier to adapt to different business workflows.
The release also brings stronger integration options for teams that want to connect their website with external services.
- HubSpot settings allow connection with API token and optional deal stage mapping.
- Twilio settings make it possible to set up SMS alerts such as new contact notifications.
- CRM Webhooks allow CRM events to be sent to external services, automation tools, and custom workflows.
Together, these additions make the CRM more complete, more practical, and easier to fit into real business processes.
A New Translation Plugin Built for Real Estate
WPResidence 5.6.0 arrives alongside WPEstate Translate, a dedicated real estate translation plugin built for WPResidence and WPRentals. It is written around the real estate data model : property listings, agents, taxonomies, search filters, and Elementor widgets , so multilingual sites no longer rely on a generic plugin that does not understand them.
WPEstate Translate includes per-language post clones, language-aware permalinks, translated taxonomies with proper slug rewrites, menu language assignment with a sync tool, an Elementor translation workflow, a string translation screen that compiles custom MO files, per-language SEO tags with hreflang support, and AI auto-translationvia OpenAI. Full details are available in the dedicated WPEstate Translate release post.
Mega Menus with Elementor Studio
Version 5.6.0 also brings major interface improvements with mega menu support for all menus, including default menus and menus created with WPResidence Elementor Studio.
With WPResidence Elementor Studio, users can create custom Elementor templates exactly as they wish, giving them much more freedom over how the website looks and feels.
The same builder can be used for mega menus, pages, properties, headers, footers, agencies, developers, agents, and blog posts.
This means users can create a more branded, more customized, and more dynamic website experience while keeping design control in one place.
Fresh Design Updates
WPResidence 5.6.0 also expands how listings, agents, and property details can be presented across the website.
Overview Design Type 5 adds a fresh new way to present property details in a more modern and more attractive layout.
Featured Property Type 6 introduces a new featured listing style, together with a matching property slider built on the same card design. We always consider new design additions as a way to refresh the look of the website and give users more tools to showcase their best listings.
Property Slider Design Type 1 has been replaced with a new editorial style layout, designed to make property sections feel more dynamic and more premium.
Agent Card Unit Type 5 adds a new horizontal card design, giving agencies a cleaner and more flexible way to present their team.
The Energy Performance and Greenhouse Gas Emission Index section now includes a new two-column design option, making these property details easier to scan and easier to understand.
All of these additions help users keep their website presentation fresh, modern, and more visually engaging.
Smarter Contact Forms
The Contact Form Builder also gets an important upgrade in version 5.6.0.
It now includes new field types for building more complex forms, per-field validation messages for a better front-end experience, and Webhook URL support for sending submissions directly to external services such as newsletter tools, CRM platforms, and automation services.
Separately, we also added optional field support for the default Agent, Developer, Agency, and Property contact forms, giving users more control over the information they collect from visitors.
These updates make the form system more flexible, more useful for different workflows, and much easier to connect with other tools.
A Standout Lead Generation Feature
One of the most exciting features in this release is Forced Registration.
This option allows agencies and agents to require visitors to register after they view a set number of properties or gallery images. It is designed to help turn browsing activity into real leads.
The feature includes customizable limits, reset period, and message text, so each website can decide how and when registration is required.
For websites focused on lead generation, this is a standout addition and one of the most powerful new tools in WPResidence 5.6.0.
More Tools in 5.6.0
Calculator Widget on any page
The Calculator Widget can now be placed on any page, giving users more flexibility when building landing pages, property pages, or custom content sections.
Editor role permission controls
Based on client requests, we added permission controls for the Editor role, managed from the Role Permissions Matrix in Theme Options. This makes it easier to control team access and permissions.
WPResidence 5.6.0 Is a Major Step Forward
With a completely new CRM system, better admin control, expanded design options, stronger form tools, and powerful lead generation improvements, WpResidence 5.6.0 gives users more ways to build, manage, and grow modern real estate websites.
This is one of the most important WPResidence releases we have launched, and it creates a stronger foundation for what comes next.
